Set amidst the 5½ acre Balmacara Estate, which covers the Kyle/Plockton peninsula, Lochalsh Woodland Garden provides pleasant, sheltered walks with views across Loch Alsh to Skye and Knoydart.
The garden, which is three miles east of Kyle on the A87, is developing collections of Rhododendrons, Fuschia, Hydrangea, Bamboo and Ferns.
