Scottish cooking at its best, based on our excellent local produce — fresh salmon, seafood and fish caught locally, prime Scottish beef, highland venison, hill lamb, home grown vegetables and soft fruits, home baking — these are starting points for cuisine which is simple, imaginative and delicious.

- Fresh Scottish Salmon Tartar, flavoured with Citrus Juices and Dijon, wrapped in Nori Seaweed, presented with Pickled Organic Herbs, Avruga Caviar and Quails Eggs and drizzled with a light Chilli Oil Dressing. starter
- Loin of Attadale Venison, marinated in Juniper and Bay, pan roasted, served sliced and medium-rare with Black Pudding, Skirlie and Sautéed Wild Mushrooms then circled with a ribbon of Glayva-infused Bramble Wine and Game Stock Jus. main
- Fillets of Fresh Sea Bass, scored and grilled with Lemon Grass Oil, served over a nest of Spaghetti, Carrots and Whole Braised Pac Choy, all in a pool of Saffron-infused Smoked Mussel Broth. main
- Choice of homemade sweets or our selections of cheeses.
- A vegetarian dish is always available.
- Our wines are carefully chosen to complement the menu. House wines, by the glass and some half bottles are available.
- A casual menu is available throughout the day, including sandwiches and fish and chips, in the Haven Bistro from 11am to 9pm.
