We use the very best of Highland produce around us — Plockton prawns (langoustines), shellfish from Skye, fresh West Coast fish landed at Gairloch and Kinlochbervie and smoked fish from our favourite smokehouse at Aultbea.
The finest Aberdeen Angus beef and Highland game is supplied by our butcher in Dingwall.

- At lunchtime, we offer a range of dishes — from a selection of our evening dishes, to homemade soup, baked potatoes with tasty fillings, and freshly cut sandwiches.

- Talisker Whisky Pate, a home-made rough country pate, laced with whisky and served with a red onion marmalade starter
- Fresh Plockton Prawns, local langoustine caught by local fishermen and sent daily to London and abroad. This is your chance to try them at their freshest. starter or main
- Flamed Peppered Whisky Steak, strips of fillet, pan-fried with onions, mushrooms and cracked black pepper, flamed in whisky and finished with cream. main
- Finish with a selection of delicious puddings or local and Scottish cheeses.
