The new, improved, 2022 edition of the local phone book is now available.
Searchable by village/street and surname, this is a must have for all households in Plockton & District and Achmore. For the first time, it includes mobile numbers in addition to landlines. As before, it includes a handy list of local services, hotels, food outlets, leisure services, etc.
To comply with personal data legislation each household listed gave written permission to be included. An ‘opt in’ form was dropped off at every address in the District by our volunteers.
Our thanks to Mary Jane Campbell and Catherine Will for doing the leg work on this and to Sarah Bruce for her help with data entry and formatting. The phone book has been produced by volunteer effort and 100% of the sale price (minus printing costs only) will be used to support the Trust’s operating costs and projects.
