Our governing document requires one third of elected trustees to retire at each AGM. Retiring trustees are welcome to stand again for election. We have up to five seats to fill at this year’s AGM.
To stand for election you must be an ordinary (resident) member and you must be nominated by two ordinary members. See below for the nomination form and information on the role of a trustee and also the election process.
The deadline for nominations is 4 October 2025
Ordinary (resident) members who are unable to attend the AGM in person can vote by proxy.
The deadline for proxy forms is 25 October 2025
